Being a Professional
The picture above shows students responding to a question with a "thumbs up" to confirm understanding of the concept shown on the whiteboard. This picture is important because it shows that I am dressed in professional attire and interacting with students in a professional manner while teaching.
Reflection of Letter Sent to Parents
The letter below that was sent to all of the parents and guardians of my students was designed to introduce myself to the parents of my students as well as provide a way for my students' parents to prevent pictures of their child being taken if they did not want a picture of their child to be taken. This is an important artifact since it shows how I introduced myself to all of my students' parents through a formal letter.

Reflection of Parent Email Description
The artifact below is a description of how a parent reacted to a positive email that I sent her about her son's excellent performance in the geometry class that I was student teaching. On top of describing this parent's delighted reaction, this artifact also describes why I chose to send this email to this student's parent and what changes I saw in the student after the email. This is an important artifact because it demonstrates my ability to interact with the parents of my students while remaining professional.
